I'm looking for this song or music video.?

Whats the name and band of that song/music video. I'm pretty sure it stars the girl from "The Goonies" Martha Plimpton. Its kinda techno, was mainstream for awhile in the U.S. atleast. The video was very trippy. It came out in the 90's or early 2000's. I thought it was the Chemical Brothers or Crystal Method or Fatboy Slim, but I'm not sure. It's something along those lines though. Please help out.
