Yahoo! Answers forum moderators - HELP!!!!???
OK, this is weird... I am getting "Best Answers" responses from my first account, "Paul H" (Level 6) and getting 1 point when I "visit" in response to the email notification, but when I try to answer a question I get the "Oops - this account has been used" message. I did NOT violate TOS by starting this second account ("Paul Hxyz") because I could NOT access my first account anymore, simply because I changed my email address. Before I couldn't even get to the "Paul H" account, now when I respond to the emails sometimes it not only listed my account as "Paul H" - it had me as "Paul Hxyz" for the answer ON THE SAME PAGE - Can somebody at the moderator level PLEASE fix this? I gave up Level 6 and started over just to be on here, but I'm starting to think that absolutely nobody cares. I pay for my access to Yahoo (AT&T/Yahoo), and I am not getting what I am paying for. Should I do a video for You Tube to expose this nonsense or can somebody fix it before I embar Yahoo! on You Tube?
