What the hell is reverse racism? read details!?

The evidence for widespread reverse racism, however, is far from convincing. Though undoubtedly there are blacks who hate whites and whites who don't dislike blacks, anti-white feeling doesn't appear to be rampant in the African-American population. PLUS, when people say REVERSE RACISM, how can racism BE REVERSE? are you saying racism was historical started by whites and directed towards minorities but now it's the minority's turn?
