21 and wanting to buy a condo?

Hey, I'm 21, a college student, and work full time. I would like to buy my own 2 bd, 2ba condo for about $100K. What other expenses, besides, mortgage and utilities, would I have to pay? The condo would be in the suburbs of Sacramento, CA. Also, I would rent out the second bedroom to cover some expenses.
