What can I do for my friend who is soo busy, he needs a break?

He's a platonic friend and I want so bad for him to get to relax, he is being pulled in so many directions, he needs to get away from home and relax, any ideas of what I can do? I was thinking a get away in chicago, which is near us, but what can we do? HELP, he needs it
